Kindergarten, first, and second grade attended the Zones of Regulation kick off this week. They will be learning about the zones of their feelings and methods to regulate them throughout the year.


Our third grade class has been working on our Multiplication skills for the last couple of weeks now! This week we got to test our Array skills out by using food as our tools! Everyone had a blast and they did so well!

STEAM Club Circuits: Students learned how to complete a circuit. If the circuit wasn’t closed, their creation didn’t work. Students learned a lot about how to create a closed circuit and had a great time!

Recess Fun in the Sun!




Some of our Kouts Elementary staff and students took part in The Country Classic on Saturday. One of our own was the boys under 13 winner and 5th overall runner. Way to go Kouts Elementary!




Mrs. Markley's class is celebrating a successful first full week of fifth grade with Fun Friday .





KES students are off to a great start. Third Grade worked on a globe craft and kindergarten learned how to use the gym with Mr. Heinold.






Here's some pictures of Mrs. Miller's Fourth Grade class attempting to build a cup tower! Students worked as teams, and they couldn't use their hands to move the cups. It was challenging and FUN!






We are so excited to welcome everyone back as we start another fantastic school year tomorrow, August 16, 2023. Please make sure your students are at the bus stop 5-10 minutes early to help the buses get to school on time. Families living in Washington Township, please be aware that State Road 2 is closed at the 400 intersection. Please take caution and be careful.
Just a friendly reminder that students need to be at school by 7:40 am and will be dismissed at 2:45 pm.
