East Porter County schools are closed today. We will make the day up on April 15, 2024, our snow make up day.


East Porter is currently on a 2-hour delay today, January 23, because of ice. We will reassess the road conditions by 7:45 am and inform you by then if there would be a change in school status.

Christmas Reading Calendar winners were excited to recieve their Mustang Market Money.








Second grade STEAM Club chose their own Lego challenge to complete. They all did amazing creations!











Mrs. Press’ class all earned Mustang Market money by completing the entire Christmas Advent Reading page!


Fourth graders are starting their math unit all about fractions! Mrs. Wellman’s class practiced finding equivalent fractions by playing a math game.

Today is School Resource Officer Day. We are grateful for each of our officers that keep us safe everyday!


Can you believe it's that time of year again? Kindergarten Round Up! Please share this information with neighbors and friends who may not yet have a student at Kouts.
